β€œWe need people who are trained in science and medicine to be able to tell stories about what matters in public health in a way that makes people listen.”

We at ThinkGen know there is an audience for these stories. We bring forward the stories of healthcare providers every day – and we feel fortunate to work with engaged clients to listen thoughtfully and work to transform what they hear to progress and action.

To read the BMJ Open paper that found efforts to include more literary reading and writing in medical school helped build clinical confidence, generate empathy for patients and colleagues, and reduce feelings of burnout: https://bmjopen.bmj.com/content/10/1/e031568
