# Bent Flyvbjerg’s secrets of project success

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝙁𝘼𝙎𝙏.  University of Oxford economist Bent Flyvbjerg focuses on the better management of Megaprojects, including the Olympic Games.  In a profile in The Wall Street Journal, he advises every project leader to ask, “What is the small thing we can assemble in large numbers into a big thing?  What’s our Lego?”

“Find the Lego that simplifies your work and make it modular.”

At ThinkGen, our Lego is the question.  We ask questions all the time: in interviews, with clients, with our families, to ourselves.

As we enter summer, Professor Flyvbjerg has inspired us to get back to basics.  We’re asking ourselves: “What’s the best question you asked this week?”
