๐ง๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ธ๐๐ผ๐๐. A new report, outlining the findings of surveying 1,000 HCPs worldwide, tells us that a pharmaceutical companyโs reputation is extremely important in driving the prescribing of its products. However, what does that word actually mean?
Drill down in the report, and you will see discussions of various components of this concept: patient centricity; providing education to practitioners; discovering new drugs with novel mechanisms of action, etc. Those components that touch the practitioner and her patients directly and include factors that impact society at large.
Thatโs quite a broad swath of reputational things that a company should be working on. How to prioritize? If you were a betting person, you would wager that the most important elements of reputation are those, as doctors tell us, that โhelp me to help my patientsโ- those that provide a positive customer experience to practitioners and patients alike.
