Healthy Reputation: More Than Medicine

๐—ง๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ธ๐™๐˜ผ๐™Ž๐™. A new report, outlining the findings of surveying 1,000 HCPs worldwide, tells us that a pharmaceutical companyโ€™s reputation is extremely important in driving the prescribing of its products. However, what does that word actually mean?

Drill down in the report, and you will see discussions of various components of this concept: patient centricity; providing education to practitioners; discovering new drugs with novel mechanisms of action, etc. Those components that touch the practitioner and her patients directly and include factors that impact society at large.

Thatโ€™s quite a broad swath of reputational things that a company should be working on. How to prioritize? If you were a betting person, you would wager that the most important elements of reputation are those, as doctors tell us, that โ€œhelp me to help my patientsโ€- those that provide a positive customer experience to practitioners and patients alike.
